We Salute the proactive nature of His Excellency Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, towards achieving the People's First Mantra of his administration.

We are proud of Mr. President & our dear Governor, for their efforts towards improving the welfare & livelihoods of Nigerians & Cross Riverians in particular.

We commend the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Dr. Betta Edu, Minister of Sports, Sen. John Owan Enoh, Distinguished Senator Representing the Southern Senatorial District,  Senator Asuquo Ekpenyong, all the National & State Assembly members, the SSG, Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State for their efforts so far towards building a prosperous State & Nation.

And finally, we wish all Cross Riverians, and  by extension Nigerians a blissful Independent Anniversary Celebration.
