Today is remarkable in your life,hence the staff members of ministry of Humanitarian affairs,poverty alleviation of this dear state and I, deem it fit to be part of this epoch eulogy, thus heartily felicitate with you on such a milestone.
You have been formidably instrumental to the vision of this state, taking the Frontline closely with our dear governor to guarantee a polity we all can be proud of.
It is our earnest wish that your vision never blur and your capacity renewed on a daily basis to continually be pivotal to the success,growth and property of Cross River State and Nigeria by extension.
