Cross River state Commissioner for works and Infrastructure Ankpo Pius Edet has Recorded tremendous Achievement since assumption of office on August 16,2023.
The Commissioner has given a golden touch on the ministry, turning parts of the state into huge construction sites and delivering the state's governors People's First agenda.
The Commissioner has been able to record these modest achievements.
1. *The construction and dualization of Esuk-Utan Road.*
2. *The Rehabilitation of parliamentary extension Road.*
3. *The Rehabilitation of Atakpa-watt market Road Round about & Culvert.*
4 *The construction of Air Force linternant Road & Drains*
5. *The construction of Akim Barracks Internal Road*
6. *The Rehabilitation of Murtalar Mohammad Highway*
7. *The Rehabilitation of the Marian Road*
8. *The construction of Yellow Duke Road and a mini Bridge in Calabar South*
9. *The construction of Charmly channel one drains & Culvert*
10. *Construction of a concrete pavement Road in Nyong Etem in Calabar South LGA*
11. *Construction of a concrete pavement in Muri-Nta Eke, Efio Ete Road*
12. *Construction of Okoro Agbor Road by Marian Road*
13. *Construction of Ekpo Abasi Road*
14. *The construction of Etagbor Road*
15. *Construction of Otomo/Etinyin Abasi Street in Calabar South*.
16.*Construction of the Abitu Road*
17.*Construction of Oban-Nsan Road in Akamkpa Local government*

As Prince Bassey Otu's infrastructure Czar, Honorable Ankpo Pius has extended the road infrastructure project to the Central and northern part of cross River State.
In the northern parts, the ministry has commenced work on the following areas;
1 .*The rehabilitation of Ndok Junction -Abakpa, Igoli-monaya Junction Road*
2 .*The construction of Ogoja ring Roads in Ogoja LGA, CRS*.
3 . *The construction of 3kilometer Akreha Road & Bridge Project in Yaha, Yala LGA, CRS*
The ministry of works and infrastructure under the leadership of Hon Ankpo Pius Edet is poised to transform the infrastructure sector in the State, going forward all hands must be deck to ensure that the Governor Otu's people first'mandra is materialized to the fullest.
