Our dearly beloved leaders and delegates of the All Progressives Congress, Obubra chapter, respected sons and daughters of our dear Obubra, now more than ever, our visionary son humbly presents himself before you all with unsaturated respect and love for the people of Obubra Local Government Area.
As a son who is always learning and ready to learn from the steps of his fathers, he has garnered much experience from superiors and life experiences, which have groomed him to understand the heart cry and needs of our people. Hence, Dubest is aseptically positioned to hearken to and serve the wonderful people of Obubra Local Government Area, and therefore presents himself.
As a lover of truth, sincerity, respect, trust, love, equity, fairness, and reliability, if given the opportunity to serve, the privilege will be built on the aforementioned values. By God's grace, Dubest has visited almost all the communities in Obubra, both Constituency 1 and 2, and he is familiar with the challenges our people face. By the special grace of God, he has the right strategies and knows how to approach them.
Over the years, Mr. Nsiyan Ogar's philosophy has been, "I exist because you exist, and you exist because I exist." This is the bedrock of his philanthropic gesture and humanitarian nature. Every day he sits with our underprivileged youths, parents (both young and aged); he gets to know about their hopes, aspirations, and fears. In his little way, he always assists.
Dubest believes that in their hopes and aspirations are the good seeds for the new Obubra that we all crave to have. The idea to offer himself in service to our people is to "Rebirth" a system where governance is brought to the people. A system where competence, hard work, and creativity will be encouraged.
A system that will provide an excellent environment for businesses in Osopong, Ofumbungha/Yala, Adun, and Okom to run smoothly. A system that will constantly seek the counsel of elders, not neglecting anyone. A system that will provide quick and good health facilities to dying children in Eja, Isobo, Ogurude, Ijutum, Ofonekom, Idoru, Idiah, Enyadulogu, etc., where all arms will be laid low and peace embraced.
A system where children's education in Nkum, Obokpa, Ofumbungha, Osakan, Enejiga, Okokoma plantation, etc., will be prioritized. A system where an Ohumurutet man will love and show an Adun man some kindness, where they can freely visit and believe in one another.
A system that will work with everyone to achieve the Obubra of our dreams. Dubest is coming to rebirth a system that will constantly reorient the mindset of naive youths, fuel their dreams, hopes, and aspirations. A system where everyone will feel the impact and main essence of governance.
The front and center of the system will be the provision of jobs and diverse opportunities for youths in Ofumbungha/Yala, Osopong, Adun, and Okom. Dubest has the passion, competence, and capabilities to serve the great and wonderful people of Obubra, which is why he has presented himself to serve and made his aspiration to run for the prestigious Office of the Executive Chairman of Obubra Local Government Area public.
We now, most solemnly, seek your support, the support of every Obubra son and daughter in this great and exciting journey we have ahead. Together, we will move with unprecedented speed towards the vision of a stable, successful, and prosperous Local Government Area.
