BEATRICE AKPALA CONGRATULATES DR. FRED OKEM THE YALA CANDIDATE OF THE ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS IN THE FORTHCOMING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS IN CROSS RIVER STATE

I write to specially congratulate you, Dr. Fred Okem, on your victory at the recently conducted All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries.

  I wholeheartedly congratulate you because

Your emergence is definitely a victory for all. I hereby call on party faithfuls, leaders, my supporters, party members, officials at all levels and indeed, loyalists, to come together and work assiduously for the overall success of the party in the 2nd November polls.

I pledge my unflinching support and unalloyed loyalty to the party and to your ambition of emerging victorious in the elections and thereafter, assuming the leadership of our dynamic Local Government Area Yala.

The time to work together as one indivisible family of mutual interest is here with us and we must seize the momentum and work hard for our party's eventual victory. Let me equally seize this ample opportunity to, in a most sincere and  respectful manner, thank the leadership of the party in the State presided over by His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, for ensuring the level playing ground that heralded the party primaries. Thank you, Your Excellency.

In the same manner and guided by the tenets of democracy, I also extend my appreciation to the State Executive Committee of our great party, the APC, our leaders of thought, Ward and Chapter Chairmen and all other officials who made the primaries such a smooth exercise.

I call on the candidate and  his able party machinery to be steadfast and visibly magnanimous in victory, so that together, we can all carry the aspirations of our party and our very teeming supporters to higher levels in all ramifications.

   Congratulations, Dr. Fred Okem.

Long live The All Progressives Congress!
