In just over a year in office, you have ably changed the narrative of development and service by bringing the dividends of democracy closer to the electorates.
Your Excellency, the maturity and level playing ground you entrenched in the recently held Local Government primaries of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), is a testament to your fatherly nature and democratic credentials.
