I am delighted to extend my warmest congratulations to Hon. Kingsley Arikpo and Hon. Henry Anom, the Executive Chairmen of Obubra and Etung Local Government Councils, respectively, as they mark a remarkable 100 days in office. The past 100 days have been a whirlwind of activity, with both chairmen hitting the ground running to implement their vision for a better future.
