The recent happening in the exalted Senate chamber is just a mere distraction to Sen Godswill Akpabio and well meaning senators who are bent on charting the course of the nation forward. This is indeed a dent on the image of the distinguished office of the Senate President and can only come from enemies of Nigeria using Senator Natasha as a tool to bring down the progressives.
Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan recently accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment, alleging that he made unwanted advances towards her, which she rejected. She claimed that her refusal led to unfavorable treatment in the Senate, including a dispute over seating arrangements.
The 10th Senate is not for children but for those who are matured. Sen Natasha allegation is baseless with no standing evidence. Just a bunch of reckless accusations that is designed to blackmail the 3rd Citizen of the country and derail his focus from nation building. If Sen Natasha finds it difficult to maintain her pace in the 10th Senate, she should go back to the kitchen and prepare Fufu for her husband. Instead of wasting the time of the exalted chamber and that of Nigerians as well.
Sen Natasha is known for random accusations with no evidence. In as much as the case is currently in court and former petition of sexual harassment has been submitted by Sen Natasha. I still want to believe that the allegation is a baseless one. If people can lie against Jesus, how much more Sen Godswill Akpabio, whose only dream is to build Nigeria in line with the mandate of President Bola Ahmed Tiunbu vision of a great Nigeria.
The Senate President and President Bola Ahmed Tiunbu will surely finish their 8years tenure irrespective of the distractions on the air to derail their focus. Those who are projecting Sen Natasha as a recipe to bring down Sen Godswill Akpabio will surely fail.
